AMPLIFIERS
Always check with us to ensure that the amplifier matches the loudspeakers that you are using. Remember that loudspeakers are normally 8 ohm impedance, with amplifiers rated into 4 ohms. Therefore you should ensure that the amplifier is able to deliver enough power into the speakers, i.e. a pair of 250w speakers rated at 8 ohms would require a 500w amplifier rated into 4 ohms. If unsure, please ask. Please make sure that amplifiers are switched on last when powering up a system and turned off first when switching off.
