Gobos:
These are metal stencils that fit into profile lanterns to project an image. There are a wide range of standard patterns available ranging from trees, windows, clouds and skylines to lettering, flags and signs. All available for sale from CTS. If there is not a standard gobo for the particular task you have in mind, then custom gobos can be produced to your design.

The common sizes of gobos are A, B, & M although we need to know the lantern that you wish to use them in to ensure that you have the right size. You will also need a holder for each gobo, these are individually designed for each lantern. Gobo holders are normally available for hire with lanterns. (A minimum order of 3 is applied to gobo orders)

Gobo rotator: In these the gobo is rotated at a fixed or variable speed,
by itself or overlaid with a stationary gobo to give various effects   

Animation Discs:
These are large discs that are mounted at the front of the lantern and, in conjunction with a gobo, produce an effect that appears to move. Rippling, reflected, and flowing water, blowing or rising flames, clouds, rain and snow are all possible with this system.
